Christopher originated in Sweden but decided early on to flee the cold. It was during his traveling that he discovered yoga. It was also while traveling that he taught a lot. His first teacher training was done in India, learning traditional Hatha yoga, and that was followed up with the 500 hrs teacher training in Ashtanga vinyasa at Absolute yoga in Thailand. The latest teacher training was in acroyoga and was done in Australia.
As a traveling teacher, he has taught classes and workshops in Australia, South Africa, East-Timor, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Philippines, Cyprus and Indonesia.
Christopher's classes tend to focus a lot on simplicity, finding the benefit and hard work around simple poses. By safely building strength and flexibility, the foundation is built for more technically advanced poses. Focus on alignment is strong and hard work encouraged, but never as much as having fun and enjoying the practice!
