Dorothée first came in contact with yoga about 10 years ago without even realising it: in physiotherapy to relieve her lower back pain, she learned exercises that were in reality asanas. She discovered this about a year later when she attended her first yoga class. Ever since, she has enjoyed the combination of relaxation, flexibility and strength – both physical and spiritual – that yoga brings. Eventually, the wish to deepen her knowledge of yoga and to share with others the joy that yoga gives her, Dorothée decided to attend a teacher training course. Since 2015 she is a certified 200 hr yoga teacher.
Finding the stillness in yoga. Dorothée teaches a class focusing on asanas with hands-on assists and includes breathing techniques, meditation and the yoga philosophy. Her classes are gentle to the body, calming and energising.
