Evy received her Hatha yoga teacher certification in India with Samyak Yoga and offers calming 

classes that draw upon awareness of the breath, the body and the mind. She often creates theme-

based classes (stress relief, shoulder opening, strength etc.) where breathing and alignment are 

consistent points of focus. Her passion is to share the positive effects yoga has had on her life in 

hopes of continuing this among others.



Float on Fridays and move into the weekend with a traditional Slow Flow Hatha class that will 

release the body from the week and get you ready for the weekend. Classes draw upon awareness 

of the breath and help develop a balance of strength, flexibility and relaxation.
