About 5 years ago, I became fascinated with yoga, its philosophy and holistic practice. It has been a companion ever since. I did not wait long and thirsty for knowledge, I did my 200h vinyansa training in Basel in 2015 and a 300h in 2016 in California, to deepen my knowledge.
When I took my first Yin Yoga class in 2015, it was immediately love for this quiet, contemplative, profound and healing practice. I then attended my first Yin Yoga teacher training with Josh Summers (Foundation and Mindfulness Module) and more trainings followed with Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier and Helga Baumgartner. Everyone, a source of inspiration and to whom I am deeply grateful. Yin Yoga brings your body and mind into balance and harmony, it's the ideal complement to our "yang" lifestyle. Just give it a try, come into stillness and feel the benefits!
For me, Yoga is not only a path to wholeness and unfolding, but a journey to my essence. Yoga is freedom, peace and deep gratitude.
