About

Born and raised in Switzerland , I always had a feeling of "not belonging" inside myself and saw it everywhere outside of me. So I traveled the world, created my own professional path as a nurse in psychiatry and psychologist, working with humans who also did not seem to fit into this world.

Yoga found me after years of therapy, still not respecting my boundaries, not feeling my body and while making me feel guilty for every "mistake" I made. The practice of Asana, and later on all the practices of Yoga, allowed me to create a connection to my body and to release tension, but first and foremost to INFORM me about how I feel on this particular day.

I learned on the mat to be compassionate towards myself, to take some risks, to trust myself and to cultivate the feeling of being supported. Finally, I found a piece of a place which I can call home now- on and off the mat.

After attending my 500 HR YTT with a School in San Francisco I am currently walking my path towards becoming a Yoga Therapist, as well as I am an Energy Healer working with the more subtle Koshas in these practices.

I understand my classes as a journey towards this inner place called Home- to meet yourself on the mat and bring that knowledge outside into the world. Through Chanting, Pranayama and Asana we will discover our preferences, soften our edges and open our perspectives.
