Be Curious and “Relak” - The Principles of Therapeutic Touch
Zenthai shiatsu is an integration of Zen shiatsu, Thai massage, and Osteopathic technique . However, the real magic is understanding the principles of ‘how to touch’. In this class, we will be simply swapping the tension for freedom and exploring the subtle and powerful things that give the conversation of touch its pure magic. Great for yoga assists or anyone wishing the tension to release its grip.
Saturday, June 13th
12.00-14.30 (2.5 hrs)
Simple Equals Powerful
This class is a focus on the conversation we are having with Simplicity. Within the five element model, the earth element stands powerfully in the centre …grounded, stable and simply present. We will bring this factor alive in movement based therapy with a strong focus on increasing our core power without any need for force
Saturday, June 13th

Holding On or Letting Go…Shoulder Therapeutics
Are you able to let go ? “ iThis question is arising in every corner. Easier said than done. Unfortunately the more we try to let go …the more contracted we become. Our suggestion is to simply notice where you are ‘ holding on” . We take the coldness our of letting go and replace it with openness . With a gentle inquisitive nature we explore the body and mind to notice the fixated patterns,
With clear and supported guidance we lead the fixation out of its rut into a spacious , harmonious freedom. A focus on the shoulder therapies through a structural and energetic sense. Single and partner work with some bodywork offerings from Zenthai Shiatsu to support this new power place in the body .
Sunday, June 14th
12.30-15.00 (2.5 hrs)
Let’s Play
It is now well documented evidence that explorative movement , a curious nature and a playful presence is not only one of the best remedies for anxiety but also improves the neurotransmitters in the brain. We will explore movement in a therapeutic sense by innately unwinding fascia and diving into new invigorating ways to relate to oneself and each other . Solo asana , animal movement and Qi gong flows . Includes some partner yoga utilising the 5 elements.
