After a short warm-up, we dive into free, creative dancing. We end the encounters with a joint conclusion.
This evening offers space for the senses, for encounter and dance. We try to let body language speak instead of verbal communication. In that sense – let’s dance. We look forward to seeing you!

It offers a safe and effective comprehensive exploration of asana practice and alignment techniques to work on these important areas of the spine and also the surrounding structures.
This weekend of Training is open to all both students and teachers alike.
