In order to cultivate awareness, first you need to be able to sense the different parts of your spine. You will learn:

  • How to sense and feel different parts of the spine

  • How to cultivate movement through different parts of the spine

  • How the spine responds to different transitions

  • When to lead with the spine and when to let it follow

  • How to assess your baseline

  • How to move in ways that support more energy

  • How to move in ways that support more focus

  • How to move in ways that support more curiosity
