Jenn Pilotti is an internationally recognized movement educator, author, and coach with over two decades of experience in the fields of movement, mindfulness, and physical education. Known for her ability to integrate science, somatic practices, and curiosity-driven exploration, Jenn helps individuals and professionals develop a deeper understanding of their bodies and movement patterns.
As the author of Body, Mind, Movement, Jenn explores the intricate connections between physical and mental well-being. She is passionate about guiding people to move with awareness, strength, and intention, fostering both resilience and adaptability in their bodies.
Jenn regularly collaborates with yoga practitioners, Pilates instructors, pole dancers, movement teachers, and fitness professionals to deepen their knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement. Her workshops blend practical exercises, embodied learning, and theoretical insights to create an engaging and transformative experience.
When not teaching, Jenn enjoys researching the nuances of human movement, practicing what she teaches, and connecting with others in the movement community.
