Julia Jäckle (she/her)

After years of working in international peacekeeping with the UN in New York, Julia has shifted focus to something closer to home – helping others find a sense of inner peace and well-being here in Basel.

Her yoga classes are all about nourishing your body, mind, and soul. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to help you connect with yourself and grow in your practice—whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or you have been at it for years. Julia’s teaching style is all about offering clear, encouraging guidance to help you find a healthy alignment and unlock the magic of each asana.

Julia’s journey with yoga began in 2011 and profoundly shaped her mindset and movement, inspiring how she lives and teaches. Along the way, she has explored and fallen in love with many yoga practices, from Pranayama and Meditation to Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative, and most recently, Ashtanga Yoga. This diverse background brings variety to her teaching and creates a wholesome yoga practice for her students.
