My Journey. Your Practice.
Yoga is a practice of exploration. A way to stay curious, adaptable, and open to change. My goal is not to provide answers but to offer tools and practices that empower students to listen deeply, move with awareness, and cultivate resilience in both body and mind. Through asana, breath, and stillness, we can begin to see ourselves and the world with fresher eyes, discover new possibilities, and build bridges instead of barriers.

I first encountered yoga in 2019 while training in martial arts in China. What started as a physical practice quickly revealed itself as something much deeper. An ongoing process of refining awareness, understanding movement, and learning to meet life with presence. Over the years, my practice has evolved through dedicated study with my teachers Noelle Connolly, Mary Taylor, Richard Freeman, and Christian Ralston whose teachings continue to shape and inspire me.

In my classes, I encourage students to challenge their limits while remaining receptive to the subtleties of practice. Strength and effort exist alongside softness and surrender. I hope to create a space where students not only build physical and mental resilience but also develop the capacity to navigate life with a sense of clarity, adaptability, and connection to their own hearts, the hearts of others, and everything in-between.
