Bio:
Silas always had a deep love for movement and discovered yoga during his travels around the world. Since then, the practice has positively influenced his life, helping him to live in a deeper connection to his body, mind, breath, and the world around him.
With his classes, Silas creates a space to challenge the body and mind and encourage students to get curious to dig deeper into themselves. He likes his students to leave the class feeling connected, empowered, and rejuvenated.
Silas feels honored and blessed to take the wisdom learned from his teachers, such as Noelle Connolly, Christian Ralston, Rachael Coopes Mary Taylor & Richard Freeman, and share it authentically.
