Where You Will Stay :
Villa Nāos follows the natural slope of the hill in a sequence of terraces and pathways that feel intentional and effortless. Architecture and land move together: spaces are oriented toward light, wind, and sea, allowing the landscape to define how the villa is experienced. Materials are rooted in place, dry stone, wood, sand, and natural lime. The house blends into the hillside as if it had always belonged here, shaped more by the elements than by design decisions. And with Western facing skies, watch sunsets over the sea every night at dinner.
The Houses : The villa is composed of distinct houses, connected by outdoor paths and shared terraces. Each has its own character, its own light, and its own rhythm of privacy and togetherness.
Each suite at Villa Nāos is named after a beach on Kea, a simple tribute to the island that shaped this home.

Meet your Teachers :
Su fell in love with dance as a child, moving through ballet, jazz, and contemporary with real passion. But as a teenager, that joy faded. Dance became about performance, not pleasure and she stopped dancing.
In 2022, she rediscovered her love of movement through pole dance. What began as curiosity turned into passion but this time on her own terms. In 2024, she completed her foundational and beginner instructor training with Polebatics in Hamburg, earning her certification as an instructor.
Su’s approach centers on emotional, sensual and fluid choreography. For her, the focus today isn’t performance or achievement. It’s each person’s individual journey. She’s passionate about helping participants discover and express their own potential, regardless of physical background or prior experience. Everyone who wants to explore movement, music, and self-expression is welcome in her space.
Since rediscovering dance, one of the most meaningful things Su has found has been connection. The deep friendships and sense of belonging she’s found within a warm, supportive community. It’s this same sense of connection and openness that she wants to create for participants at this Dance & Yoga Retreat.
Luna (Andrea) is an international movement educator, instructor, and mentor with almost a decade of dedicated teaching experience. In her own practice and teaching, she loves weaving together biomechanical understanding with the art of flow, exploring how a deeper awareness of anatomy can bring new ease and clarity to movement. Luna strives to always create a safe and fun learning environment, allowing women to explore their unique form of expression and holding space for each and every person in the room.
Her educational background includes over 130 hours of Teacher Training at NYC’s Body & Pole, certifications in XPERT Flexibility Flow, and specialized instructor training in low-flow and heel technique. A passionate educator, Luna guides dancers internationally—teaching workshops, mentoring through the EXOBASE program, and serving as a guest instructor for top international platforms. She teaches regular group classes and privates in local studios as well as online.
In her retreat sessions, Luna offers a space to explore movement through both technical insight and breath. She gently demystifies the physical mechanics behind movement—looking at how muscles and joints work together—and connects that awareness with conscious breathwork to help guide your transitions. You will explore a clearer sense of your own anatomy, deepen your connection between breath and body, and discover a more conscious, spacious flow.
Kristen Watson Geering :
Combining over 20 years experience as a full time yoga instructor, an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology, coaching practice, and a Deep Love of Human Experience, Kristen's classes serve to create a safe and uplifting space, where you can be yourself, and dive into the paths of yoga at your own pace.
Since April 2007, Kristen has completed over 7 different teacher training methods, and countless workshops and intensives in between. She just loves being a student. After a Hot yoga training, Shhh ;). in 2005, She began her foundation within the Jivamukti Yoga Method, with both the 300 hr TT (2007) under the co-founders David Life and Sharon Gannon, and the 500- hr advanced apprenticeship in NYC, under her mentor Sandhi Gayatri Ferreira (2011.) In 2012, she spent a Month in Laos completing a Month Long Thai Massage Training, just because she wanted to get better at hands on work and assists. Next came a 100 hr yoga therapy/anatomy training and then the 200 Hr Liquid Flow TT with Simon Park (2017.) Most recently, in the last 4 years, Kristen has dove into, completed, and continues to weave in over 300+ hours of Katonah Yoga. What fascinates her about Katonah yoga is the use of Chinese Medicine, 5 element theory, the maps and metaphors, and body reading. Finally, she recently completed her Yoga Nidra training with Scott Moore (2023), Yoga for Trauma Training with Solemarch (2021/22/23), and a 70 Hr Yin and TraumaTraining (2024.) She’s definitely hit her 10,000 hr mark in both teaching and training, but finds being a Student the Best thing Ever, and the landscape is always changing, as well as her classes, so why stop. . . Currently enrolled in a 100 hr Functional Anatomy and Yoga Program (9 mths), and a 50-hr Soma Chandra Yin Training.
In addition to teaching, and wearing the many hats a yoga studio owner does, Kristen is offering workshops and Retreats, her 250 HR Yoga Teacher Training- Fertile Ground, a 250 Hr Advanced Mentorship -Blossom, a 50 hr Yin Yoga Training- Deep-In, in-class-privates where she assists you in another teacher's class, as well as normal 1 on 1 privates.
